I’ve taken a Computer Science class in high school so I know a little bit of Java, but I still don’t fully understand what they taught me. How can I re-learn the concepts? Like when to use certain functions and stuff. How can I attempt to re-learn everything from the beginning, where can I start? Does the Identity Matrix have anything to do binary code in computer programming?

I just got done learning about matrices in my pre-calc class and one thing we learned about matrices was the Identity Matrix which consists of a matrix with 1’s and 0’s. I couldnt help but to think this may be related to binary code in some way. Are Identity Matrices related to binary code, and if it is, in what way are they related or applied?
